Cranberry Bagel

Ingredients

200g high gluten flour

5g sugar

3grams salt

2g yeast

20g dried cranberries

110g room temperature water

Step 1

Put all the sugar, salt and high-gluten
flour into a bowl, add water a little at a time and stir.

Step 2

Stir until there is no dry powder left,
seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3

Dissolve the yeast with a small amount of
water, pour into the dough and knead until smooth (about 10 minutes).

Step 4

Pour in the chopped dried cranberries, mix
evenly, divide into four small balls, and let stand for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Roll out into a long strip and form a
circle (the joint needs to be pinched tightly)

Step 6

Second fermentation takes about 30 minutes

Step 7

Put 1000g water + 50g sugar in the pot and
cook until it bubbles.

Step 8

Place the bagels in the pot, cook each side
for 20 seconds, and remove.

Step 9

Place into the air fryer basket and set to
180°C for 8 minutes.

Step 10

Flip and continue cooking for 7 minutes
until done.
