Crispy Tofu

Ingredients

1-2 pieces of tofu, cut into small pieces.

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons oil

2 teaspoons starch

Step 1

Put the tofu, soy sauce and oil into a bowl
and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Add the marinated tofu into the cornstarch
so that the starch coats the tofu.

Step 3

Place the tofu into the air fryer, spray
with a small amount of oil, set to 180°C for 18 minutes.

Step 4

Shake the tofu halfway through cooking.

Step 5

Remove when done and serve.
