Custard Tart

Ingredients

1 egg

100ml pure milk

5 egg tart skin

2 teaspoon white sugar

Step 1

Put the eggs into the bowl, add 2 teaspoons
of white sugar, and pass evenly.

Step 2

100ml milk adds the egg liquid and stir
well.

Step 3

Filter the stirred egg tart solution with a
sieve, and then pour it into the tart skin.

Step 4

Bake for about 5 minutes in 180 ℃, and then bake for about 10 minutes
in 160 ℃.
